Shipping and returns Policy

Your pack shipment

International shipping is handled by Parcel Force Worldwide 5-7 business days delivery usually. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via ParcelForce with tracking and drop-off with signature.  All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the http://www.parcelforce.com website.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be allowed for the product quality problems (non-human destruction) and packaging must be intact, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 15 days of the purchase date.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer for the return), we will ship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.

All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. our company is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will only be allowed if the product is returned unopened within 10 days of the purchase date.

Cancellations or Change information (size,color or address...)

If you wish to cancel your order or change information, please email us immediately. 20% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand. Thank you.
